At Sign Studio, we take pride in creating high-quality custom products. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • You must provide a valid reason for the return

  • Proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Broken Items

If your order arrives damaged or broken:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • We will offer a replacement or refund after review

Custom Products

All of our custom-made items are specially created for you.

  • Returns are NOT accepted for custom items unless:

    • The item arrives damaged, or

    • There is an error from our side (wrong name, design, or specifications)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Items returned without a valid reason

  • Used or damaged items (not caused during shipping)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days
