Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

You must provide a valid reason for the return

Proof of purchase is required
Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged or broken:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will offer a replacement or refund after review
Custom Products
All of our custom-made items are specially created for you.

Returns are NOT accepted for custom items unless:

The item arrives damaged, or

There is an error from our side (wrong name, design, or specifications)

Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders (unless damaged or incorrect)

Items returned without a valid reason

Used or damaged items (not caused during shipping)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
